What ODVIX processes — only when you use the feature
Depending on how you use ODVIX, the service processes the following categories. A category is only touched when the corresponding feature is enabled and used.
Account information
Name, work email, organization, and authentication credentials — used to create your account and secure access.
Hosted form definitions and submissions
Field definitions you configure and the responses collected from those forms — used to feed data into your templates.
Templates and variables
The reusable templates you author and the variables they declare — used to generate consistent document output.
Generated documents and metadata
The document artifacts produced from your templates plus related metadata (title, timestamps, size) — used to store, deliver, and let you retrieve them.
API requests and integration data
Processed only when you use API features — the payloads you send and metadata needed to authenticate and route the request.
We do not sell customer data to third parties.
Your submitted content, generated documents, and account information are not packaged, brokered, or sold to advertisers, data aggregators, or any third party.
A limited set of service providers may process information on ODVIX’s behalf strictly to operate the service (for example, cloud infrastructure, transactional email, and payment processing). Those relationships are subject to applicable agreements and the formal Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your documents and the information you upload.
You grant ODVIX only the limited rights necessary to host, process, generate, deliver, and support your use of the service. Those rights exist so the platform can actually run your workflows — nothing more.
This is subject to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and to any operational requirements imposed by applicable law.

Retained while needed to provide the service
We keep what we need to run your workflows and honor your account, and we give you controls to remove data you no longer want in the platform.
Retained while your account is active. Account settings and product controls determine what stays and what is removed.
You can remove specific documents from your account using the delete control in Documents.
Send account deletion requests to privacy@odvixpaperlabs.com. We verify the requester before acting.
Copies may persist briefly in backups or be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy for the formal treatment.
Traffic to ODVIX runs over HTTPS/TLS
API requests and browser sessions use secure transport between the client and our servers. For the full picture of authentication, sessions, access controls, and infrastructure, see the Security page.
What you can do with your data
Download generated documents
Retrieve any document you generated, on demand, from the Documents area of your account.
Delete individual documents
Remove specific documents from your account using the delete control in Documents.
Update profile and account information
Edit your name, email, and account settings from the Settings area.

What actually happens to a piece of data as it moves through ODVIX.
- Stage 01Collect
Data enters through a hosted form, an embedded form, or the API you configure.
- Stage 02Process
Incoming fields are validated and mapped to the variables your template declares. Intermediate data is not held longer than the request needs.
- Stage 03Generate
A document is rendered from your template and the submitted values. The rendered file is what gets persisted, not the raw processing buffers.
- Stage 04Store & Deliver
The document is saved under your account and delivered via the workflow you chose — download, email, or API response.
- Stage 05Delete
You can delete individual documents from your account. Account-level deletion requests are handled by our privacy team.
