Documents generated by ODVIX Paper Labs are delivered digitally through:
- Download from your account (immediate),
- Email delivery to the recipient you specify (typically within minutes),
- Programmatic response for API-driven requests (Early Access).
Failed deliveries
If a document cannot be generated or delivered for a technical reason, contact support@odvixpaperlabs.com and we will make it right — including a refund where applicable, per our refund policy.
