ODVIX Paper Labs
ODVIX Flow · Workflow Orchestration

Coordinate every step of the document workflow

Flow orchestrates the services that produce, review, sign and deliver documents. It is the conductor of the ODVIX platform — it does not render PDFs itself. PaperLabs handles generation; Flow handles the sequence, conditions, notifications and delivery that surround it.

How Flow works

Triggers, reusable steps and coordinated actions

Every workflow starts from an event, moves through configured steps and produces a final delivery outcome. Each step is reusable across workflows and each execution is visible end to end.

Triggers

Start a workflow from a real business event

Form submission

Start a workflow when a hosted or embedded PaperLabs form is submitted. The full submission payload is available to downstream steps.

API event

Start a workflow from a structured API call. Useful for integrating existing product surfaces with document workflows.

Scheduled and recurring

Run workflows on a defined schedule for periodic documents such as monthly invoices, statements or recurring reports.

Actions

Reusable steps across the platform

PaperLabs generation

Generate a document using a selected PaperLabs template. The intake payload is mapped into template variables before rendering.

Review request

Send the generated document into ODVIX Verify with configured reviewers and approval rules.

Signature request

Route the document into ODVIX Sign with participants, order and reminder configuration.

Delivery actions

Deliver the final document by email, present a download, save it to workspace storage or return it as an API response.

Notifications

Send email or in-app notifications to internal operators and recipients when workflow milestones complete.

Data updates

Post workflow state and identifiers to external systems through outbound webhooks so operational data stays synchronised.

Control

Conditional routing and step reuse

Conditional routing

Send documents down different paths based on submission fields, review outcomes or workflow variables. Approval, rejection and revision loops route accordingly.

Reusable step library

Steps are configured once and reused across workflows. Updating a step is applied consistently the next time the workflow runs.

Execution visibility

Each workflow execution is visible end to end — the trigger payload, every step outcome, retries and the final delivery result.

Use cases

Operational workflows Flow coordinates

HR
Offer letter approval and delivery

Intake candidate details, generate the offer letter through PaperLabs, route it through Verify for HR approval, request signature and deliver a copy to the candidate and internal records.

Finance
Scheduled invoice generation

Trigger recurring invoice runs on a schedule, generate one document per customer through PaperLabs and deliver by email with the invoice attached and a download link.

Sales
Proposal to signed order

Generate a branded proposal, request internal review, route through signature with the customer and store the signed order in the workspace for downstream fulfilment.

Operations
Service report distribution

Collect field data through hosted forms, generate a formatted report, notify the account owner and email the customer with the completed document.

Legal operations
Standard-form document review

Produce standard-form documents through PaperLabs and route them through Verify for structured review with comments, revisions and an approval record.

Product
Event-driven document delivery

Trigger a workflow from an API event in an existing product, generate the document, deliver it to the end user and return the identifier through a webhook.
