Subscriptions
- You can cancel any subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refund of the first subscription payment can be requested within 7 days of that payment if there has been minimal or no significant usage of the service.
- Accidental renewals can be refunded within 3 days after the renewal charge if the plan has not been used after renewal.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded upon confirmation.
One-time document purchases
Personalized documents (e.g. offer letters, experience letters, invoices) that have been generated and downloaded are generally non-refundable, because delivery is immediate and the output is personalized.
If generation fails and cannot be corrected, we will refund the corresponding charge.
Credit packs
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Once credits have been consumed, refunds no longer apply to consumed credits. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; unused credits expire after that period and are not refundable.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your card issuer or wallet, typically 5–10 business days.
