Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use or infringement of others' rights.
- No reverse engineering or interference with the platform's operation.
- No submission of unlawful, harmful, or malicious content.
Fees and billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected interval. Consumer document tools may be sold as one-time purchases or credit packs. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for details.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant ODVIX Paper Labs the license needed to operate the service on your behalf.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ODVIX PAPERLABS LLC's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
